Refund, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

By registering for a class, course, private training session, or other paid training event offered by DJr Empowerment Group, LLC, you are reserving a specific seat, date, and time. Class sizes may be limited, and your registration may prevent another student from enrolling.

Please review the following policies before completing your purchase.

Registration is not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed.

Unless otherwise stated, payment is due in full at the time of registration. A completed payment reserves your seat for the specific class, course, session, date, and time selected during registration.

Registrations are intended for the individual named during enrollment and may not be transferred to another person without prior approval from DJr Empowerment Group.

Registration fees are eligible for a refund when a cancellation and refund request is received at least 12 hours before the scheduled start time of the class or training session.

Refund requests received less than 12 hours before the scheduled start time are not eligible for a refund.

Any applicable payment processing fees that are non-refundable to DJr Empowerment Group may be deducted from the amount refunded.

Students who notify DJr Empowerment Group at least 12 hours before the scheduled start time may request either:

1. A refund of the eligible registration fee, or
2. A one-time reschedule to another available date for the same class or training session.

The rescheduled class is subject to availability.

Students who cancel at least 6 hours but less than 12 hours before the scheduled start time are not eligible for a refund.

However, the registration may be rescheduled one time to another available date for the same class or training session.

Once a registration has been rescheduled, additional cancellations or requests to change dates are not guaranteed and may require a new registration and payment.

Cancellations received less than 6 hours before the scheduled start time are considered late cancellations.

The registration fee will be forfeited and is not eligible for a refund or complimentary rescheduling.

DJr Empowerment Group may, at its sole discretion, offer a credit, reduced re-registration fee, rescheduling opportunity, or other accommodation based on the circumstances.

Any such accommodation is a courtesy and is not guaranteed.

A student who does not attend a scheduled class or training session and has not provided notice before the scheduled start time will be considered a no-show.

The registration fee is forfeited and non-refundable.

At the discretion of DJr Empowerment Group, a no-show student may be offered one opportunity to register for a future session at 50% of the applicable class registration fee.

The 50% re-registration option is a courtesy, is not guaranteed, and may be denied in cases involving repeated cancellations, rescheduling, or no-shows.

Students are responsible for arriving at the time specified in their registration confirmation or class instructions.

Some courses contain required instructional material that cannot reasonably be repeated for students who arrive late. A student who arrives after instruction has begun may be denied entry if the instructor determines that the missed material would prevent the student from safely or successfully completing the course.

Being denied entry because of late arrival does not qualify the student for a refund or complimentary rescheduling. Any accommodation offered will be at the discretion of DJr Empowerment Group.

If DJr Empowerment Group must cancel or reschedule a class because of instructor availability, severe weather, facility issues, unsafe conditions, insufficient enrollment, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control, registered students will be notified as soon as reasonably possible.

Students will generally be offered the opportunity to transfer their registration to another available date.

If DJr Empowerment Group cancels a class and a reasonable replacement date cannot be provided, the affected student will be eligible for a refund of the applicable registration fee.

Safety is a condition of participation in all DJr Empowerment Group training.

Students must follow all instructor directions, facility rules, safety procedures, and applicable laws while participating in training.

DJr Empowerment Group reserves the right to refuse participation or remove anyone whose behavior creates a safety concern, disrupts instruction, violates facility rules, or places themselves or others at unnecessary risk.

Students who appear to be under the influence of alcohol, illegal drugs, or any substance that may impair their ability to participate safely may be refused participation or removed from training.

A student removed or denied participation because of unsafe behavior, impairment, misconduct, or failure to follow instructor safety requirements is not entitled to a refund or complimentary rescheduling.

Students are responsible for reviewing the requirements for the specific course they are attending.

Some DJr Empowerment Group courses are classroom-only and prohibit firearms or ammunition in the classroom. Other courses may require specific firearms, ammunition, safety equipment, identification, or other materials.

Students are responsible for arriving with the equipment and documentation specified in their course instructions.

Failure to bring required equipment or documentation does not automatically qualify a student for a refund or complimentary rescheduling.

Payment and attendance do not automatically guarantee successful completion of a course or issuance of a certificate.

Students must satisfy any attendance, participation, safety, competency, or other requirements applicable to the course they are attending.

DJr Empowerment Group does not guarantee that completion of a course will result in the issuance of any license, permit, certification, or other approval by a government agency or third party.

Unless specifically included in the course description, registration fees paid to DJr Empowerment Group do not include government application fees, permit fees, licensing fees, range fees, ammunition, firearm rentals, equipment purchases, fingerprinting, photographs, or other third-party expenses.

Students are responsible for reviewing the individual course description to determine what is included.

Students who believe there has been a billing error are encouraged to contact DJr Empowerment Group directly so the matter can be reviewed and addressed.

Initiating a chargeback does not automatically override the refund, cancellation, no-show, or rescheduling terms accepted at the time of registration.

DJr Empowerment Group reserves the right to provide its payment processor or financial institution with registration records, attendance information, communications, and the applicable policies accepted at checkout when responding to a payment dispute.

DJr Empowerment Group understands that exceptional circumstances can occur.

Any exception, credit, transfer, reduced re-registration fee, or other accommodation is provided solely at the discretion of DJr Empowerment Group, LLC.

Providing an exception in one situation does not require DJr Empowerment Group to provide the same exception in another situation and does not constitute a permanent change to this policy.

By completing your registration and submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to the DJr Empowerment Group, LLC Registration, Cancellation, Refund & Rescheduling Policy.

Quick Reference

• 12+ hours before class: Refund or one reschedule permitted.
• 6 to less than 12 hours before class: No refund, but one reschedule permitted.
• Less than 6 hours before class: Registration is forfeited. Any accommodation is at DJr Empowerment Group's discretion.
• No-show: Registration is forfeited. A future registration at 50% of the applicable class fee may be offered at DJr Empowerment Group's discretion.
